Stayed two nights, greeted by Shawn at the Front desk super friendly and extremely accommodating took care of his “locals” he was great! Upon checkout saw I was charged for a movie while I was in class and they promptly took it off my bill without hesitation. Beds were comfy had two great nights sleep! No issues whatsoever, would definitely stay again...Only note is make it more visible that it’s $61 a night to keep your car parked there, yikes!

Just left the Westin @ Copley Place. Wanted to love it. Just too many issues to ignore. SPG Gold, Marriott Gold guy Upon check in, had room type changed (1 king -2 doubles) and floor changed to lower floor. When queried, had no issues w the change, only asked if the change would still keep my room quiet. Checked in, went to room to take a nap after traveling all night, there was constant drilling, grinding and pounding all afternoon.
