The hotel rooms are very nice. There is a refrigerator in the room which is a plus. The best part of this hotel is the staff. The concierge booked us on a duck tour and walked us there. A different concierge booked us a reservation at a hotel in the north end Italian section. The recommendation was excellent. Everyone was super helpful. There is a Starbucks in the hotel and nice bar with a full menu. There are a bunch of shops attached to the hotel. As soon as you walk into the lobby there is a lovely scent.

Have stayed here many times over the years...NEVER again!!! Items were stolen from my car after parking with your valet service!! Reached out to valet manager; sad to report that there is NO leadership there- he simply told me that all his staff is trustworthy . He pointed out that "there are cameras everywhere", but made no mention of reviewing the cameras- though of course, there are no cameras inside my car. Furious that I payed the high valet fee and tipped the attendants!!
