While the room was clean and well appointed, I was completely dissatisfied with the customer service I received. While traveling with hundreds of colleagues for a large conference, many of us had billing issues. The billing issues my roommate and I had were "resolved" multiple times only to come back up as a "problem" the next day. I had a very enjoyable time during my stay in Boston at the Westin Copley Place. The staff was wonderful, very friendly. The rooms and common areas were very clean and fresh. The location is wonderful with many places to eat in walking distance, not just chain places but some very unique local restaurants to visit. At check-is we were given a room on a high floor with a river view so we would be able to enjoy the 4th of July fireworks. Before leaving today, we had breakfast. I thought I was in my own home; until I noticed the bed was made for me, each morning. Great location. At the center of Copley's heart. Staff super friendly and all restaurant dining on site was very tasty 😋.
