Extremely poor customer service. As a customer that easily spend $10k a year on their products, I will confidently say that have forever lost a customer and I will make sure all the people I referred know as well. More recently, products have been arriving damaged and used. Now they aren't wanting to take accountability for their services anymore, and that's fine- I will spend my money elsewhere!
Never will shop there again. I returned items and got no refund or gift card yet they resold them!!!! Very poor customer service!!! I will NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIn!!! Waste of them and money!! Very angry. I will make sure EVERYONE knows to avoid this shitty business
VERY VERY UPSET!!!!! I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE YESTERDAY! and my keep it running booties were completely damaged when I put them on! The entire heel is lodged off of the boot and they were sent to me like this! I spent over 40 dollars and an very disappointed in the quality of this product. Nanamacs is an amazing boutique, with beautiful clothing and friendly always helpful customer service. I have been buying from nanamacs for almost 2 years now and havent been disappointed not once. One time a handbag I'd got in the stylebox didnt have a chain, I messaged them and asked if they could measure a chain from on of the bags and I'd order a replacement no worries, well they sent me a replacement without hesitation♡ also shipping is always fast and free!
They have awful customer service. Most products come already snaged or fraying. Disappointing.
NanaMacs had a Code: nm15 for $15 off of sale items. The code happened to work with free shipping and thus made every order $15 or less free. They did do their due diligence like other established retailers do to block the amount of times you can use this and it didn't say anywhere that you could only use it once. I ordered over 20+ things and got confirmation emails for all my orders. 2 days later I received 20+ emails saying all of my orders were cancelled. Don’t buy. Cheap material, fades after one wash a and shrinks. Everything is expensive for low quality clothes.
