I love NanaMacs! I’ve rarely had issues, but when I have, it is always easy to resolve. One item was damaged under a seam that even I didn’t notice until I put it on, they immediately sent me a gift card for the amount I paid. I convinced my mom to order here and she accidentally bought the wrong leggings and didn’t use the coupon code. Something totally not their fault at all, and customer service still gave her a gift card for the cost of one of the leggings as if she had used the coupon code. I'm not sure how anyone could give NanaMacs an awful review. I have been ordering here for over a year now, making a purchase almost everyday (oops, haha), it's basically all I wear. Their stuff is absolutely gorgeous and definitely high-quality. I do not own anything that has broken, ripped, or gotten a snag. The fast-pass has always been helpful if you need something quickly, I've ordered things before and added the fast-pass and sometimes received a shipping notification that day! Nothing is ever in stock and everything is overpriced. Don’t waste your time or money.
Save your money. This boutique is WILDLY overpriced for their sub-par quality. I’ve placed two orders, totaling to about $400 all together. Out of everything I ordered, which is probably around 20 items, only one thing has survived to be worn more than once. This boutique carries the same brands as forever21, but at 2-3 times the price. Their sizing is wildly inconsistent. And if you don’t like items from your purchase, you’re out of luck, because their customer service sucks and they don’t take returns. BEWARE.
NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN! Horrible return policy. Do not answer the phone when you call. Completely ignored my questions asking "can NanaMacs help me with my order or re-send my items" due to never receiving my items. And I spend $90 dollars! Do not waste your time or money. I wish I could give it "0" stars.
Very poor customer service. Shipping delays with no explanation other than to blame everyone else instead of taking accountability. The Nana Pass is a joke just another way to get more money out of customers.
