Fun Atmosphere, Tasty Food – Nakama, located in the SouthSide of the city isn't your ordinary Japanese Steak House. It is a bustling establishment every night of the week with a crowd covering every social and age spectrum showing that Nakama really does appeal to everyone. The food is excellant, the presentation is aweing, and the staff is courteous, even during the busiest times. Whether it is for an intimate meal with a loved one, or a large group get together, Nakama is sure to impress and I highly recommend it.
Best Way to Spend a Bday – I absolutely love this place! I went with a huge group of people for my birthday and everyone had a great time. Food was amazing and so fresh. I would recommend the tempora to everyone!

Great for meetings and small groups – I have used Nakama for several small corporate dinners and have had great success with their service. The service is attentive and the menu options suit everyone. Will continue to use them for business as well as pleasure.
Best sushi in western pennsylvania! – Nakama is a wonderful Japanese restaurant with the best sushi i have ever had! the workers are very friendly and the atmosphere is very classy and wonderful. Nakama is alot of my friends and I favorite restaurant in Pittsburgh and we come here often.
Best Japanese Place in Pittsburgh – Nakama is of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at before. My husband adn i drive over an hour to ome there because its that good!!! Everyone must try it!!!!
The best sushi and the friendliest waiters! – My boyfriend was in town and he is a huge seafood/sushi fan. I've heard about this resturant from some friends who raved about their grill tables and suggested it to me. Good Enough to eat Every Monday!! – Ever since I came to Nakama one night for dinner almost a year ago, I've been in love. The food, atmosphere, and experiences (and unfortunately the pounds get added in as well), I gain everytime I come to Nakama I wouldn't trade for anything!! Mondays are my special days... Great food! Great time! – This past august, I went to Nakama for my anniversary dinner with my boyfriend. The food was amazing and the chefs were outstanding. I would recommend Nakama to anyone of my friends and family. It was also a great way to meet new people. The people that were seated next to me were just enjoyable.
