Randall P had the unpleasant job of cleaning out 56 years worth stuff from our drain today. He was very polite, informative & knowledgeable.
Plumber Mark K said that he can give me the same price for the Badger disposal plus 2 years of guarantee, if I were to take the Badger disposal I bought back to the store at Home Depot ($100 value). I followed Mark's advice. Later I found out that I was charged a total of $487 for the complete job of installing the disposal. His supervisor Harry refused to break down the price of the disposal. Joe Leffler checked our house today for any problems with the heating, air conditioning, and plumbing. This was a special visit offered by My Plumber via the telephone. Since we don't have a furnace (baseboard heaters) or central air, we couldn't take advantage of those inspections; but we did have some questions about the plumbing. Genti Paceli quickly identified the source of the leak in our basement ceiling and made the necessary repairs. He also replaced the leaking shower faucet in the master bathroom.
