Technician Tony Simpson did a professsional job on a difficult plumbing job. I think the price was rather high but he is not the one who makes up the prices. He was most helpful and stayed until the water was turned back on to assure us that all was well. Good representative of the company.

I just had a Tech named Lee leave my home and he was so nice, so professional and VERY helpful. He was willing to work with us (a low income family) and will be continuing to help us by speaking to his billing dept to see if they can help us. Not many Techs are so helpful, they want to do their jobs, get their money and leave. Lee went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible and gave his company a good name. Thanks Lee!!! Miguel and his partner were fabulous. That not only fixed the problem with the sump pump backing up outside, they came up with a better idea. The were polite, professional and hardworking. This is the third or fourth time that I have had MY Plumber at my home; and I have been satisfied each time. I will always call you when I have issues. Major problems here today with a leaky kitchen-sink faucet (dating back to the 1930s?) and a main shut-off valve which no longer functioned. Alex B. worked here most of the afternoon. He had no trouble replacing that main shut-off valve and did everything possible to get that faucet working. Alas! A part has to be ordered. Nevertheless, he installed a separate shut-off valve for the kitchen-sink cold water line only. When the new part arrives, I hope that it is Alex B. who comes to install it. GREAT GUY! Joe L. was prompt and very courteous. He was very encouraging about signing up for the maintenance plan, but no pressure. I will no longer have any worries about my plumbing and heating and cooling needs. I will no longer dread calling for a plumber, because I know Joe will take very good care of us!
Wayne F, came to my house to fix a leak. He replaced the valve on my main shutoff and washer valves, He did an excellent job and was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend his work to anyone.
