Outstanding service. Our hot water heater failed with an unusual problem. Tommy D. went way beyond any other service experience we've experienced to date to get parts ordered immediately, track their arrival, get them in... and when it turned out to be the 1 in a million problem that the usual replacement part couldn't handle, he found the needed part and got it expedited so that the repair job could be completed as quickly as possible. Alex was courteous, knowledgable, and helpful. I received excellent service. He left my kitchen cleaner than when he got there. I also received A/c check today by the same company and I have never been so thrilled with My Plumber. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing and hvac needs!

My plumber came out and took care of our of hot water heater fast on time , and very nice group of people .the service agent , Mike , and the office clerks so very helpful . We took a contract with them excellent service thank you Mike ........
The plumbers were on time and wore covers on their shoes to protect our carpets. They explained everything very well and gave us multiple choices for our plumbing solutions. They were polite and friendly and enjoyable to have working in our home. It was more expensive than we had anticipated, but we believe we had professionals doing a very good job. Your company should give discounts for good customers!
Lee was awesome he cared for Cooling unit as if they were his on. I want to thank him again for pointing of potenial problems with my air conditioning unit before it got hot. I commend him for loving his job, people like him makes My Plumber Company what it is. A company can only be as great as the people who work for the company. The employees are always kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. We've used My Plumber several times, and have been pleased with their work.
Mark did a great job. He installed my thermastat and checked out my air conditioning unit and fan. He did not rush through the job. Was clean and very personable.
