Joe Leffler Replaced a toilet and he even took the time out to replace a pipe that was dripping water. He was very professional, helpful, and courteous. I would definitely recommend him to perform services at my residence in the future.
Would not recommend them at all. Canceling my contract ASAP!
Bennett F exemplifies customer service. He's polite, meticulous, and responsive. He answered my questions considerately without constantly trying to up-sell and pressure me. He identified the problem and monitored the fix to ensure it would stick. When I learned he's been with My Plumber for over a year, I asked how he liked the company. Had an excellent experience with Brandon today! He was extremely polite and knowledgable. When he finished, he thoroughly cleaned the area. I will definitely use My Plumber again in the future and can recommend their services.
Josh Frazier was professional and polite. He also gave us a discount on the work.
I really appreciate Lee D. and his work. He gave me a good price on the Air Knight which we need since we have five people in the house. This unit can service 3,000 square feet, whereas A-1 Heating and Cooling gave me an 800 square feet unit. That out burned out in about five years. My system was strained because we did not have storm windows, but it seems there is less strain on the HVAC unit now that we have them. Thanks again Lee for your good work!
John W did an excellent job of restarting my AC on a 90 degree day! he was very friendly and helpful in informing me about my options and what might be on the horizon regarding my unit. I would highly recommend him and his intern Durell. They worked well as a team, with John advising him how to proceed. I am very pleased with this company, their technicians and their service.
Very good and praise to AC Tech John who got the AC working again. This despite climbing up to the roof and back down in this heatwave. Kudos.
We just had Jason Uranga perform a service check on our air conditioner and we were very impressed by his courteousness and professional manner in which he conducted his service check.
