Bill Hogue was terrific. He pointed out various elements in my house to look out for. Gave me estimates of what various items would cost if and when they need to be repaired or replaced. And showed a few ways to look after water pressure and water heater, that I had no idea about.
John W. came to do my yearly furnace check. He was quick, very professional and answered some questions I had not gotten answers to before. I bought a new furnace less than 2 years ago and it is still in very good condition. I would not hesitate to schedule John again for next year.
I will have given a zero star. They such a rip off. They come up with a ridiculous price and when you cannot accept the terms you still have to pay the 79.50 for them just coming in to quote a price. This is how they get you. You don't see how they come out with their prices. They wanted to charge me $1400 to just install a simple sink. I compared price to local plumbers and they were all shocked. Will definitely not recommend them to anyone.
I called to have the toilet snaked but upon closer inspection, it was determined and documented that my toilet needed to be replaced due to extensive mineral buildup. Not what I had planned. Hugo Romero explained to me clearly what had taken place over the 7 or 8 years. I had him replace the toilet which would have had to be replaced eventually anyway and now there is a peace of mind.........mine! Very professional in all respects. Also wore booties over his shoes.
Actually had a water leak which began about ten minutes AFTER we had gotten home on a Sunday from a weekend at the beach. Could have been so much worse! Called My Plumber in a panic after turning the main water off. Brandon H. showed up within an hour of our call. What a nice young man. Diagnosed and fixed the problem pretty quickly too (neither one of us has much plumbing knowledge). Really happy with My Plumber for a quick dispatch and many thanks to Brandon, who is a credit to your company!
John W. (Technician), impressed me with his knowledge of his job. He was professional, but personable. John explained in layman's terms everything he did at the home visit. He gave me some marketing information about other programs offered by "My Plumber." It was just a pleasant visit. I am sure the company knows John is an asset to its operation. Because of John's outstanding service, I decided to sign up for "My Plumber's" annual service contract.
Darrell Tate has very professional, pleasant and courteous. He met my expectations on excellent customer services (especially early in the morning). He answered/explained my inquires in detail and informed me of other services that I currently need. In addition, he communicated other valuable services that My Plumber offers which may be beneficial to me. I was really impressed and felt comfortable with his confident knowledge.
Alex was very professional from beginning to end. He trouble shooted my issue and found that it was not a job for him. He then got on the phone and told them my problem and got someone else to come right over.
