It was the first day (Friday) of the Storm Jonah starting with blizzard conditions for the afternoon. Of course, our upstairs commode stopped up and we knew if we didn't get a plumber right away it would be Tuesday, probably, of the next week before anyone would be able to get to our house. Thank you my plumber..your people took care of my plumbing problem...sewer backing up, my worst fear...But your team came in and. Fixed it...both David's and Ben and his crew, Ben and his crew stayed even New Years Eve. David 1 was there talking us through every step in the process, he was great...they keep everything cleaned up, as they went (thank you Ben). And yes I would have them again if needed. I was most leased with service provided by Lee D. with My Plumber at my home near Woodbridge. We had various problems with our multi-zone Amana HVAC. He was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and about as friendly as a service provider can be. It took two separate visits, but the unit is working very efficiently again. Thanks so much.
Mr. Tilden Williams just did an excellent install of a new Insinkerator food disposal unit in my kitchen. He was fast, efficient, and tidy. No waste. No mess. He at the same visit installen new internal parts on my bathroom toilet that I had purchased from HD. Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Williams, he is an excellent tech.
Phil K was an Excellent technician. He quickly determined the cause of the hot water heater failure. Obtained the necessary parts, installed them and tested the unit in a very professional manner. I am well pleased with his professional work and appearance. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I have used My Plumber for years. The service is always excellent. This time John M. installed a water heater and did a great job and is very personable. He had recently fixed a leak for an outside faucet. Again, he did a great job. The scheduling staff has also been great. The only complaint I have is about the prices. I think they are way too high.
Just a regular maintenance check but we can count on them to be timely and efficient! Lee & Jonathon are knowledgeable and thorough (Heating&Cooling) and Joe Leffler is our go-to plumber.
We called My Plumber because my brother have used them several times in the past and was pleased with the work. We had a leak around our toilet and needed someone right away. My Plumber sent Hugo Romero. We are very pleased with the work Hugo did. He repaired the leak and replaced the toilet that was really old. We were so pleased that we also had him replace another toilet too. He was very personable and knowledgeable and explained everything to us, along with our choices.
