Great same day service on call to replace my leaky kitchen sink faucet. Mark K. put in new shiny plate for faucet head and new spray head. Very quick with minimal disruption of household water supply. Renewed my Priority Club membership and saved 20% on the repair cost. Last year My Plumber replaced my failed water heater same day on a Sunday.
I'm a Priority Club Member and the last two appointments I had, the technician showed up after the six hour window. Doesn't necessarily make me feel like a priority.
When our hot water heater broke, Justin came that evening and secured the situation and I was able to purchase a new one that would be installed the next day. He was helpful, professional and very courteous. Wally S. came the next day to install the new water heater. He was very kind, thoughtful, professional and courteous. I was delighted with the quick and efficient service!!! I would highly recommend this company

He carefully explained what I needed to have done and the impacts of holding off on each item, which helped me to prioritize my repairs given my limited budget. We had a true plumbing emergency (water heater pouring water onto the floor) Even though they were very busy, they marked Urgent on our need) Within an hour we got a call that our tech would be here in 20 min. My service with Darrell T was excellent! We needed a great deal of work and he stayed until 9:30 to complete it. He took time to explain what work was being done and gave us all the discounts we were entitled to receive. I highly recommend him !
My Plumber replaced a water valve and the inner workings of one toilet today in my home. They charged $575 for 50 minutes of work, including maybe $30 maximum of parts. I believe this is outrageous price gouging. And BEWARE - if you decline for them to do the work, you will still owe them a $79 trip fee. We used My Plumber in our home for years and years, but never again.
My service pro, Phil K. explained all the options needed to repair a leak which was discovered under my dishwasher. He installed a water pressure valve as there wasn't one. The water pressure in the house was too high and out of code. The water heater was a ticking time bomb. I'm surprised it hadn't gone through the roof yet! Phil provided me with information on how to deal with my kitchen floor. I'm taking his advice.
I feel like i am paying for them sending people out to trouble shoot my issue and that should be the case. If you fixing something that does not need to be fixed only to find out what the real issues is shouldn't come at a cost to the customer. Also, I found out today that I didn't have enough freon in one of my units which was causing one of my issues. This came as a shock because not only do I have the PM maintance plan, I have had two different techs come out since my last PM and no one spotted it until today. We will see... read more
