We had tried to fix a problem by ourselves, slow draining lavatory. After installing materials from a local fix it yourself place, we had leaks and still a slow drain. Oscar showed up, cleared the clog that had be vexing us for years, reworked the drainage pipes; found a leaky water hose, replaced with commercial grade hose, and tada! Fixed!!! I had the pleasure of meeting John Woodbridge of My Plumber who provided me with truly exceptional customer service. His greeting, being on time and walk me through everything he did. He showed me a picture of my heating ducts indicating they really needed cleaning. He really made my day and it was the first time in over a year I was truly satisfied to meet someone he has such pride/pleasure in doing his job.
My Technician, Darrell T., was very friendly, helpful and well informed. He advised me to give him a call if the problem occurred again with my furnace. I thought this was great service all around!
A week ago my kitchen sink began to back up, then drain slowly. Today Richie M. came and fixed it. He was genial, professional, communicative, helpful and informative. I could not have asked for better help. I am delighted with his work.
Wally diagnosed the problem with wager overflowing and gave advice, which seems good. He went above and beyond expectations by helping me bail out the full wager tub and placing all the wet laundry in my bathtub. Thanks!!
I made an appointment on Wed for Friday. The customer service rep was very nice and professional. I arranged for a plumber to come prepare my home for the impending cold weather. I also requested an hvac tech to do the same. I was advised the plumber would arrive Friday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. The hvac tech would be an all-day window from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m. I was fine with that schedule. Oscar from My Plumber was extremely efficient and professional. He came out late in the day without much notice and even followed up hours later by phone during his own time to make sure our repairs were solid. He was able to fix a huge plumbing issue within one day, even when we had some unexpected problems turn up. He was very patient trying to work with our home owners warranty plan (I wish they could learn some customer service from Oscar!).
