This is the 2ND TIME our HVAC system broke down since 6/1/16 after spending over 17K on it. We got a Bryant model. They said it would cool the house in the heat of summer, it does not. The first time it shut down was a month after we bought it. During the 4th of July. They replaced the mother board. No one came until the day after we called. Adam was very professional from the start. He did my annual plumbing inspection and found several things that needed to be done. He offered to complete the work then and there, but I had some errands to run, so we rescheduled for two days later. He showed up on time, did a very professional job, and explained everything I needed to know about what he had done. He was courteous and friendly throughout. Very satisfied.
We had a very small leak in our kitchen faucet that they "fixed" by tightening a set screw in the handle... then charged us $156.00! What a rip off!! You are better off hiring ANY other company. Their customer service absolutely sucks!
It's so difficult to find a company that works WITH the customer, but My Plumber does just that. This is the third time I've had them to my home, and again they've left a really good impression on me. They go out of their way to really FIX the problem(s) and to give assurance to the customer that the job is well done. This is definitely the right company to call when you have plumbing and/or heating problems. You won't be sorry!
