I called MyPlumber couple times and both times their price was 3 times of other company. They come and spend few minutes and took $79. Latest experience, I called MyPlumber to fix water heater pressure/popup valve replacement. The technician came and suggested totally unnecessary repairs worth of $1k, which was done in $250 by other honest company.
We had My Plumber do a fairly extensive plumbing makeover, new hot water heater with expansion tank, new sump pump with backup power supply in the event of a power failure and new fittings where needed. Everything was brought up to current code. The technician was very knowledgable and offered helpful suggestions without a “hard sell.” We just had our followup review of the installed systems, and had him fix a toilet as well. Great service!

same day guarantee? More like next day.. possibly. They should not advertise that they are open till midnight and guarantee same day service, then offer " tomorrow afternoon"

This is why you were told that our first available appointment would be the next day. I highly recommend heating and cooling technician John Woodridge. He was very knowledgeable and explained throughly what needed to be mended in order to keep my HVAC unit running smoothly. John is always friendly, honest, and reliable. I request John for all my HVAC system heating and cooling needs.
I called my plumber due to frozen pipe burst. Michael Creel came to repair the broken pipe. He completed the work in a superior & timely manner. We now have running water in the house. Our lives are back to normal. Thank you Michael.
May be a little expensive for the handy "do it yourself types, but for me it's definitely worth the cost! Thank you for being there!
Never again! Have used for routine things and they did OK. - bit spends. Then had issue with a hot water heater and they told me they couldn’t get the parts anymore, would need to have them fabricated and if they could, would be about $700 and I should just replace the unit for $2100-$2300. They said would call back with exact part info and never did. My home was treated with respect and the technician explained what he was doing and pointed out the builder’s use of an advanced German pipe material. Polite, professional, I couldn’t ask for more.
