Richard was very professional throughout, and did a great job not only in clearing out the drain, but in explaining to us the various options and costs for work proposed. I would definitely use his, and his company's, services again if we need a plumber in the future.
Corey Jamison is one hell of a tech! I have had two trouble/service calls with this company and they constantly surprise me with the amount of costumer service and quality personnel. Outside of him knowing his job, the system, and issues my service call was facing, he was prompt and extremely courteous, even when I told him he didn't have to be.
