I've been a premier customer for years but this company only wants the customers money...they don't care about the customer! Most of the technicians don't know what they're talking about, the customer service staff are a hot mess and management never calls you back. This is no way to run a business!

Mike arrived as scheduled on Saturday morning. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and resolved my soft water system concerns. He also provided expert advice for maintaining our well and water heaters. Would definitely recommend.

Never showed up. After being promised for 12 hours someone was coming no one came. I even called twice to make sure someone was coming and was told yes. They didn’t even call to say no one was coming, I had to call and check the status again and was told the plumber would be tied up the rest of the evening and he would have to come tomorrow. Unacceptable. I would never do business with this company. Awful, awful, awful.

The service was outstanding no hard sell. Went throughout the house, give me a list of things to address. Joe Leffler (Tech) was Very professional, Solid company.
Quick response to fix my plumbing issue! Great service
Daniel at my plumber did a great job checking out our system and suggesting changes or maintenance. Our system was installed by them about five years ago and has performed well. I would recommend my plumber to anyone needing repairs on their plumbing or heating.
