am cancelling my "service contract" with this lackluster company... Had kitchen sink serviced in Dec 2017 and here, six months later, the p-trap FELL OFF and their "technician" gave me an estimate of $173 to FIX WHAT THEY'D DONE in Dec...and that was WITH the so-called *priority club* discount... If you need plumbing or hvac service, LOOK ELSEWHERE... l had them also do a duct cleaning last year and they cut a hole in my ductwork that was too close to the furnace, having to patch the hole they made and make another hole fart... read more
