Crooks, criminals, dishonest Are the best words to describe this company. Paid a deposit, and was then requested to pay the bill as if I hadn’t paid a 500$ deposit. Was concerned with the 1700$ fee for two hours of work so I contacted the office, and they said I was “accidentally” overcharged 700$. And now, they refuse to refund the money... go elsewhere, support a local technician that is honest!!
Professional, knowledgeable and great work.
Had two clogged sinks and one bad faucet that had almost no flow. The clog was snaked out and my kitchen was spotless after even though there was disgusting stuff down there. And was able to get a new, MUCH better faucet with great water pressure. My service provider Joe was fantastic with my two dogs and great conversationalist while he was working. Definitely recommend.
RecommendedThe plumber was excellent. Darren was very knowledgeable and thorough in his tasks. He showed potential plumbing to fix in the future. I would recommend using My Plumber again especially if Darren Moore was available,.
