Joe was very knowledgeable and fixed my problem quickly and for the quoted price. He also was helpful in explaining other options for my home plumbing, heating/ac, and electrical needs without any pressure. Enjoyed having Joe work on my problem and would call My Plumber again if needed.
Very knowledgeable, cordial, and punctual plumbers who took care of our issue quickly. They were honest. They could have told me my issue was a major issue and I would have not known any better. Major leaking issue was resolved at a very reasonable price.

They will charge you $79.00 for dispatch whether you like their services or not. That is really weird and awful. Trying to rub the people only for estimates. Horror

Crooks, criminals, dishonest Are the best words to describe this company. Paid a deposit, and was then requested to pay the bill as if I hadn’t paid a 500$ deposit. Was concerned with the 1700$ fee for two hours of work so I contacted the office, and they said I was “accidentally” overcharged 700$. And now, they refuse to refund the money... go elsewhere, support a local technician that is honest!!
