3/7/2019 Job is still not complete and my husband called yesterday and someone was supposed to call us back in regards to our issue. We are having sewer back up issues. Charged $513.00 and the issue has not been resolved. I will change our review once our issue has been resolved.
After dealing with two contractors, I wanted to get one more quote. I called My Plumber and they sent out Lee D. First impression, he was very professional and polite. Spoke very well and informative. He helped us make our choice easy when replacing an old AC unit to a newer model. I was blown away at how great their pricing was!! I think they are my choice of contractors now!

Management needs to call me about an exorbitant bill of $450 to replace a defective thermostat in a 7 year old water heater. I never received a copy of the bill
