After dealing with two contractors, I wanted to get one more quote. I called My Plumber and they sent out Lee D. First impression, he was very professional and polite. Spoke very well and informative. He helped us make our choice easy when replacing an old AC unit to a newer model. I was blown away at how great their pricing was!! I think they are my choice of contractors now!
They do really good work and when the job complete it’s a really good job
Very professional, very informative, everything was explained and I would not hesitate to call them again or to recommend them.
The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly evaluated the problem and made recommendations on how to avoid any future problems.

I had an appointment between 8am and noon. It is now 5:45 pm they still aren’t here. Unfortunately this isn’t an isolated incident. I’ve dealt with this company for a couple of years now and they are always late. If you want a company that respects your time, pick another company.

The technician Isaiah was professional and knowledgeable. He pinpointed the problem. He called the company to find out if the unit installed by My Plumber was still under warranty. He got back to me saying that my unit wasn’t under warranty. In 2014, a technician replaced the motor blower for free. A brand new heater was installed in 2012. I have extended warranty on all my appliances in my house and I wouldn’t have one for a heater unit that costed me more than $8,000. It doesn’t make sense to me.
