Yesterday I cam home to an 88 degree house because my air conditioner wasn't working. Miguel Guzman came out today to repair the condenser and the pump. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired everything efficiently and stayed to make sure the house was getting cool before leaving. recently had a problem with a year old AC unit. Lee Davison analyzed it and kept after the problem to solution just in time for the highest heat in the last three years. the folks at the office put endured my questions and requests for updates with graceful patience. I moved to My Plumber several years ago and have not looked back. Good people, good company. give them heavy consideration if you are not getting what you expect from your current company.
Efficient, professional, on time.
Tech was due here between 7:30-8:30. However an emergency at another site occured and he was pulled to that site and we were given a revised window in which to expect him. In a subsequent call, the earlier job terminated early and the tech was able to come earlier than the anticipated second window. Very satisfied that the problem was solved immediately.
My water heater broke this morning. A new one was installed and operational by 2:30PM. Darin Moore (Tech) did an excellent job in the evaluation, pricing, and installation process. We like him so much that he will be our preferred Tech whenever we have plumbing problems again. My Plumber is one of the best operations in the DC Metro area. Remember to become a Preferred Customer because the benefits are well worth it. Thanks again Darin.
The plumber that worked with me was extremely helpful and well informed professional. Not all are the same as "Mo" who performed as expected.
I had a leak from my boiler that was getting progressively worse. The leak was fixed very quickly and Randall was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain everything to me in an easy to understand fashion, answered all of my questions and made valuable suggestions about maintaining my boiler system. I will definitely recommend to all of my family and friends. The service they provide is simply outstanding.
