Jason W. performed my annual heating service on October 30. He arrived promptly, discovered a few problems, explained what they were, even took photos to show me and then explained how he would fix them. He did the work promptly, even though he had to leave for a while to obtain a part that he needed. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I highly commend him for his service.
Chris K came to my home to perform an annual check of all my plumbing. He was quite thorough, very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain things to me and even drained my hot water heater to remove sediment. I could not have asked for a better service :)

It is a pleasure to express my satisfaction with the excellent service provided by Jason Welch with My Plumber Heating & Cooling. Jason was very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. He explained everything that I can expect with the service he would be providing for my HVAC. He did a thorough evaluation and parts replacement on the HVAC unit and suggestions to keep the unit is good working condition. I would not hesitate to call My Plumber again and ask for Jason. He is a great representative for the company!
