Michael Creel did a fantastic job fixing my clogged sink! We have had a constant problem with it over the past 10 years, and have trled numerous plumbers in to try and fix it! Michael was the only plumber who took his time, looked at our pipes downstairs and snaked the line-2 times! He even recommended a product to use 1 time per month to keep all of our drain lines clear! My Plumber sent Randall P. out to my home twice to help with updating plumbing fixtures and to correct plumbing problems at my house. We are in the middle of a refresh/remodeling project to prepare our house for sale. Randall helped fix a shower valve, updated our master bath with brushed nickel shower valve/head, roman tub trim and two brushed nickel bathroom sink faucets. Oscar was very polite, thorough. Cleaned up at end of installations. Have found My Plumber easy to deal with. I'm a Priority Club member and would recommend this service. I had a time frame to meet that day and he worked hard and was finished in time.
Reid Maxwell was fabulous! My entire main drain was clogged up and had caused septic water to leak all over my basement floor on a Friday morning. I called my plumber who was not available but he called Reid who came right over. He stopped the leak, evaluated the problem quickly and accurately, went the extra distance to drive back to his workplace to get a special enzyme solution to help clean up the basement floor and had us up and running much faster than I thought possible. Annual HVAC inspection today. Professional and Honest assessment are the first words that come to mind. Jonathan B. took his time, reviewed complete system giving me tips on things I could accomplish as the homeowner ensuring system continues to operate as designed, while pointing out issues that may be coming in the future. I appreciated his honesty and knowledge. Would definitely welcome MY Plumber to repair any issues I might have with this system in the future. Great Job.....
I was having a problem with my sink faucet in my kitchen and the drain in my Bathroom tub. I called My Plumber and less than 2 hours later Nathan M our Serves Pro was here. We did the walk through he gave us 4 options and explained each one. We chose the one we wanted, he gave us a time period he would be done and the amount it would cost. I'm a premium member and I love that they proactively call me to schedule and remind me about regular maintenance appts. And, when there is a problem - like water heater leaking today - they send someone right out and the problem is solved usually the same day. Their technicians are all polite, professional and proficient.
