Alex was thorough, competent, and understood my concern for being careful about my beagles trying to bolt out the door! He offered suggestions and options not only for repair but for preventative maintenance also. Scheduled another visit in a week to spread out cost of a necessary project. He was so pleasant and good-natured I asked specifically for Alex to return on the next appointment. 😊
I have been using My plumber for my pluming, heating and cooling needs since 2012. My last service was preformed by Lee D. He was very professional and informative. I was impressed my his knowledge and professionalism. He did a wonderful job fixing my 20 year old system. I will continue to use My plumber in the future.

Had Oscar Sosa, who got to the house before I did, assessed the situation and changed copper pipes, the gas water heater, put in a drip pan and left everything sparkling clean.... no trash, old water heaters, pipe pieces, scraps. A water heater had to be brought down by a second person and they arrived before Oscar said he would. I am so happy
We needed repairs on a bathroom sink as well as putting in new valves for a powder room sink. Lawrence (Labar), did a great job. He was friendly, courteous and his work was outstanding. For future plumbing needs, we'll be sure to call My Plumber and ask for Lawrence. Great service, great guy.
Corey was very professional and explained, in detail, both of my air conditioning systems.
Joe provided excellent service! I was impressed with his professionalism and the way he laid out all of the options for my water problems around the house. He will be my plumber for well into the future. I have some water problems that need to be fixed.
I have had great service from My Plumber. Nic M explained what work needed to be done and showed us what discounts were available. Keep up the hard work!
