My Plumber came out quickly and resolved the issue! Darrell T. was very professional, answered all my questions as he did the work. The air conditioner drain pipe was clogged and I just had it serviced by someone else no more than 2 months ago. This caused flooding in the basement. I now have a cleanout and instructions to prevent in the future! Thanks much for the excellent service!
Mark K. Was prompt in coming and provided great service. We replaced a kitchen faucet. He noted some additional items that required attention but told us we could wait if we preferred. Good honest advice. We have used My Plumber before and have consistently been impressed with the individuals who have assisted us with various projects.
Had a backed-up disposal and sink. After calling My Plumber, they were here within an hour. Alvaro L. was courteous and explained everything regarding the different prices for the different services. Two hours later everything was done, completely cleaned up, and for the lower of the prices. I will call them for all my plumbing needs. Thank you.
While My Plumber is great for getting out when you really need someone, they are priced high and do try to sell you things you don't need. Howevever, the reason for the one star is the continual harassment received by their telemarketers. They start their marketing calls, and I get call after call, day after day. The few times I answer, it just hangs up on me. I have called the number and asked that my phone number be removed, and I have 3 calls in less than 24 hours since that. It was one of the hottest days of the year. It was to reach 100 degrees when my heat pump decided to quit on me. I call My Plumber at 9:30am on Saturday and Lee showed up at 12:30pm. Lake Anna is not the most central located area so I was very pleased that he showed up so quickly. Within 30 minutes he had my system up and running. Great Job! Kudos to Lee and My Plumber.
The tech that came out wanted to charge me 3800 to fix the problem he said I had. When I asked what the price was for a new one he tried to charge me 22000, I said no and then changed the quote to 10000, and I once again said no and proceed to drop it to 8000 if I said yes that day. Thing is it only cost me 150 dollars to fix the problem I had and when I do decide to buy a new heat pump I will be going with the company what actually fixed my current problem and then decided to quote me a price of 4500 for a new one... Jonathan B cam to my house to repair my AC. Very friendly professional and job well done as all repairs were completed within an hour. Have to say I had a good idea what the problem was before he arrived since I had the same problem with my second system a few years back.
