Our experience with My Plumber was excellent. We called with a blocked drain and leak in another sink area. We were given a reasonable time but then even received a call that they could come earlier. Our plumber Wayne F. was fantastic. While working on this issues, my husband asked him to check two other issues for future work. SCAM ALERT....So I pay $20 per month for the service which allows for free service calls...they came out today and charged $165 to replace a $3 gasket in my toilet...total rip off...tell all your friends about these unethical business practices...

Was charged $459 to snake a very simple kitchen drain clog. When I questioned the charge I was told "we are not a cheap company" That for sure. One hours work....$459.00.
Had a fantastic experience on a Saturday. I called in at 8:00 AM and was promised a tech to fix my furnace between 12:00 and 6:00. Tech arrived at 12:10, and took the time to explain the potential problem. Fixed the problem for a reasonable cost, and got me signed up for a VIP program that allows for a plumbing check, a Spring AC check, and a fall Heater check. Well worth the value.
