Lee showed up at our house very late, at almost 7:00, but was ready to go!! We were amazed at his wealth of knowledge and preparedness for our situation. We thought it would be a simple fix (battery change), but he, in fact, found a much more serious problem with our heating system. Darrell T came today and was very helpful. He was very professional and knowledgeable about furnaces and how to maintain and keep them running well. He came with the intent of helping me and fulling my needs to get me set for the winter. Thanks Darrell and I highly recommend his services.

He was very polite, and responsive. He answered our questions in a positive way. He explain what he was doing. He did a great job, and was up front on what the problem was. He also is a good salesman. I think he loves his job, and has the ability to move up the latter.

I had an appointment for a routine check of my heating and air ducts yesterday. Darrell T. showed up on time, he worked quickly and was very professional and polite to work with. Overall I have never had any real issues with this company and I will continue to use them.
My Hot Water Heater had begone to leak. I called looked for help and after searching I called "My Plumber" and spoke to Towanda ( who was Wonderful). She sent Philip K and Adam O out to my home. They were both very respectful and wore the orange socks over their shoes to keep my floors clean. They spent a lot of time to make sure the job was done correctly They worked harder then and vendors who had worked on my house. Even though he doesn't spell his name correctly (and I should know, as I'm a Zach too), I can't hold it against him. Afterall, that's his parents' fault ;). Anyway, Zack and his assistant came by today to essentially rebuild the water heater that we bought new from My Plumber in July. We were getting water leakage into the pan surrounding the bottom of the tank. Zack's team found that both elements had become damaged somehow, probably in manufacturing.
