MyPlumber and specifically Scott Jackson was punctual and very professional. Corrected the problem and the charge was very reasonable. Definitely will go back for all plumbing needs.
Lee D. arrived on time to perform semi-annual maintenance of my HVAC system. He was very professional and explained everything to me. He checked my thermostat, air filter, and performed all maintenance on the system. Explained the benefits of having a AirKnight air purification system installed. I didn't get the system but am seriously considering it. Lee was done with everything in about an hour. Great job! I will definitely call My Plumber again for future maintenance and ask for Lee.

I've used My Plumber at my own home and already knew how great they are. This time, I called My Plummer for a situation at my parent's house and I literally did hug Miguel when he found and fixed the problem. He was not only knowledgeable, but also polite and courteous when having to explain the situation to myself and then again to my parents. Had several plumbing "issues" around the house. Josh F. from My Plumber arrived and listened to my concerns, professionally evaluated each one, and provided me with several remedy options and estimates. When we agreed on a course of action, Josh went right to work. Josh's work was excellent and his consult on a number of plumbing questions confirms our choice of My Plumber as our sole source for plumbing help.
Second time Genti has come to my house for separate plumbing repairs. He is an excellent service rep and I would highly recommend his services any time. Very knowledgable and thorough with his repairs.
