Genti was excellent to work with. He was on time, polite, efficient, and technically extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend his work and will ask for him again if and when I need plumbing help. My Plumber is a good organization with nice and efficient people. I signed up for the Priority club to get routing maintenance done which will be very helpful.
Chris R. did a good appraisal of my plumbing problem. He was thorough in explaining what was needed to solve the problem. He fixed the problem, and told me how to follow-up should there be any complications.

Miguel G.came to inspect our April Air humidifier which was installed by My Plumber in March 2014 but had not been maintaining satisfactory humidity readings in the house since the start of the current heating season. He concluded that the device had been improperly installed and was not dellivering steam into the furnace. He quickly took the necessary steps to correct the situation. Danilo replaced my toilet w/ a unit I purchased from Lowes. Throughout the process he was professional and considerate offering me options to mitigate costs given that this change out was not planned but the results of something getting stuck in the old unit during the holidays. This is my forth time calling My Plumber and as before they were here when I needed them. I especially like the appointment process which I started the evening before via email. They immediately followed up w/ a phone call.
They had the opportunity to replace my entire HVAC system, boiler, compressor and air handler, a project that was estimated between 8 and 10K, however due the the poor experiences I had with their "Comfort Consultants" no just one, but two, I went with another vendor who completed the work with no surprises and no scare tactics. A once loyal customer of over 8 years.
Mark was very courteous, friendly and professional. We had a problem that was very hard to solve but he kept at it until it was finished. He is a vey hard working guy.
Vangel Q. was our plumber today. We had a possible water leak in our pipes over the kitchen sink. After examining the interior in the soffit over the sink, he determined that it was not a water leak. He stated that if it was a leak water would continually come out of the pipe. The problem is most likely a roof or vent pipe problem. Vangel only spent 20 minutes to reach his diagnosis.
