I called My Plumber around 9:00 am because my toilet was leaking and the serviceman, Vangel Qesari was at my house by 11:30 am. Mr. Qesari was very polite and knowledgeable and fixed the problem efficiently. Thank you for such quick and efficient service!
Mohamed was late in getting to our house, but once here he checked out the furnace heating system and found it was needing a part replaced at the outdoor heat pump. He showed us the problem and explained what was needed and the total cost. He had the replacement part on his truck. He did the work and gave us a senior 10% discount. He was very efficient, careful about covering he shoes inside our home, showed us that the heating system was now in excellent shape for cold weather ahead. Phil K arrived when he said he would and quickly evaluated the situation, provided an estimate and went to work. He was very efficient and cleaned everything in the work area. when he encountered one additional issue he brought it to my attention and corrected his estimate in a reasonable and balanced manner. He was quick and complete in the entire job. He made sure to wear his shoe protectors and was very polite throughout. I would highly recommend his service again.
John was excellent. He checked on my heating and air conditioning in a very professional manner. He was professional and courteous.
Chuck Smith came and fixed my leaky kitchen pipe the same day I called. He was quick, neat and very pleasant. Since he lives in my neighborhood, it was like being visited by a friend, who also knew what to do with a nasty leaky pipe. He was patient with me while I called my husband to let him know what the diagnosis was, and while I ( laboriously) took photographs. He was very tidy and took all the mess away with him. The next time I need a plumber, I'll ask for Chuck!

I had an air conditioning review... George Galanos was just wonderful. He let me watch as he worked and answered all my questions... and explained everything as he checked out my system. He discussed my options and was just great to work with, no pressure sales. I would request him if I should have any future problems.
