Had great and fast service from Joe S today when my pressure regulator went out and gushed water all over. Thanks Joe (even if he's a Packer fan!).
Entered their contest to win a new heating system. Was informed that we didn't win the grand prize, but did win a $2,000 gift certificate. Matt delivered the certificate 5 days before it expired and we were told we had to use the $2,000 towards a new heating system or $1,000 towards the repair of our old furnace. We wound up with nothing because they wouldn't work with us.
I recommend the services of Vangel Q. as a highly skilled plumber. He was very patient, kind, and respectful to my elderly parents and that set the tone to his visit. As I am the one who my parents count on seeing that their plumbing issues were solved, I went with Vangel to the source of the problem and to my amazement, he instantly recognized a potential plumbing issue that was developing and stopped it before it started. Joe Leffler is 1 Of the Best wish he would open his own company as he was Wonderful cant say the same thing for my plumber had a leak for years they were calls over the years and said it was fine we ended up calling gas company and just looking at it they knew the water heater was not right my plumber did replace it but after years of a gas leak I think it should of been done years ago so recommend Mr Leffler but not the Company
Anthony E. fixed the original, wrong installation & got our dishwasher up & running, through missing parts & badly done (original) piping.
Steven G and Jorge G did an excellent job, responsive to customers' requirements thru a difficult logistical process. Their craftsmanship was of a quality and professionalism that is unfortunately rare today. The weather played havoc with their schedule, being we are out at the end of Rt 66 we are very pleased with the fine quality of their renovations
