Oscar S came to our house to look at a leak under the bathroom sink. He was prompt, informed us what the problem was and offered the solution. He also checked all the other plumbing in the house. Our main valve, the original, need some repair and he did that as well. We are very pleased with the service and should we need a plumber again, we will call My Plumber.

Michael A. diagnosed and repaired a consist a problem where my sump pump would draw in sand in addition to water, forming a hard, almost cement-like deposit in my PVC over time. This resulted in constant consistent, routine sump pump failures. Found kitchen sink leak at 9:30 am.Called MY PLUMBER shortly after and Michael Alerander arrived aprox. noon.He replaced the sink faucet with a new one and replaced two old gate valves with two new ball valves.Total time was approx.2hr.I couldn't be happier.
Oscar was on time, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He respected my home and worked around my crowded storage space to get to the on/off valve in the basement. He provided excellent craftsmanship as he welded my new pipes. All and all, It was a pleasure to meet him.
