Lee conducted the service check. He was very thorough and communicated with me along the way. I was very pleased.
Oscar and Edgar arrived about an hour before expected. They replaced our holding tank and the lines to our hot water heater very quickly. They were very professional, friendly and cleaned up when done. Even after going to pick up the holding tank, they finished the job and cleaned up by 2:30! Whenever we need a plumber, we would not hesitate to call and request Oscar and Edgar again! Thank you so much!

Bennett I want to thank you for being so nice and friendly on a professional level. You came out and did not have to repair the water leak from my heating unit and you stayed until the job was completed by someone else. You ensured me that if I signed another contract with My Plumber I would not have to worry about anything happening because you will make sure you service me well. I said I would pray about signing another service agreement because you sold yourself very well. Lastly, thanks for blessing me with a plunger.
Don't expect an apology when they screw-up their schedule. Direct quote from Harry for sending a plumber for a non-emergency plumbing check-up at 7:30 am instead of late in the morning as promised the evening before, "It was more convenient for our plumber." Also, avoid the "electro-magnetic" water softener that the try and sell you instead of an actual water softener. It doesn't work and is a $1,300 ripoff.
Just wanted to post about the excellent service received today from My Plumber Heating & Cooling, and specifically Bennett F. Not only professional and courteous, but he also took the time to answer 10,000 questions from an inquisitive 7 year-old. That's above and beyond!
I am very happy with the service that we received today. We had a clogged outside sewer line that backed up into the house. The techs came out & took care of it in a couple of hours.
Jim S. came and fixed my toilet (it needed to be replaced). He was timely, gave me needed information, and was very professional.
