Dan did a great job. Stayed until the issue was solved
I called with a serious water problem on the cooldest night of the year so far. Oscar S. from My Plumber was quick to respond and fixed the problem quickly. He not olny fixed my broken outside spigot, he did it with very little damage to the dry wall he needed to gain entry to the broken pipe. After which he provided an access panel covering the small area for ease of entry should I have another problem with the pipe. Very professional in everything he did. Excellent workmanship. Well pleased with My Plumber.
Actually enjoyed Joie's visit to our house for one of our routine checks. He was very thorough and give good suggestions on future work. We also get good results from MY PLUMBER. (not only thorough but quick).
Every encounter I have had with My Plumber has been wonderful. They will let me know if they are running late and when someone is on their way. The techs (especially Bennett F) are wonderful. They cover their feet and thank me for choosing My Plumber each time they have come to see me. I had several issues with my A/C this summer and then my furnace died. A call in the morning brought Phil K. to my door the same day. A call said he would be there in 45 minutes; He was. Phil checked out the problems I was having with the kitchen sink and bathroom tub and faucet. Gave me an estimate and started the work. All was done quickly, with expertise and he left each room as he found it. I didn't have to go back and clean up. Thanks for a great job. I'll be using My Plumber again.

We don't bother to call anyone else when we have a problem. When you call, you speak to a real person. Someone comes out that day and always gives a thorough estimate before beginning work. Today we had Charles S. come to our rescue. What we thought was a broken sump pump turned out to be a leaky water heater that had to be replaced.
