Alex Bonilla spent a very productive day quickly identifyinig the repairing several plumbing issues in my older hoouse. Efficiently taking care of all of them carefully and leaving my house clean and ready for the next 175 years. He clearly knew his stuff and enjoyed his work.

Joie L. performed my annual plumbing inspection which included maintenance for the gas water heater. While doing the inspection it was determined that the main water shut off valve and pressure relief valve needed replacement. Joie took the time to review the work and cost associated with the repairs. He is very professional and dedicated to doing an outstanding service.
John Tomsko was our plumber today (a Saturday). He was excellent and I could not have been more pleased with his assistance with our crazy sporadically clogging toilet. He was professional, pleasant, efficient and cleaned up after himself. He took time to explain things thoroughly and was very patient answering questions. I would recommend him to anyone and will be requesting him next time I have plumbing needs.

I am reviewing John Quirk for my Aunt as she does not have internet access at present. She had been out of hot water for a week waiting on Home Depot to follow through with warranty work, etc. She is 80 years old. Within 24 hours My plumber had someone out to her, diagnosed the problem and had her fixed the next morning. John Quirk was awesome and always takes time with my cousin who is special needs. You don't find customer service above and beyond like John provides. Her comments: I can't wait to go wash and do my hair!!!
