was guaranteed same day service after 2 pm. I am disabled and have help today, so I didn't mind waiting! Called them at 7 pm and was told I was still on the list... ok. It is 9:50 pm and no courtesy call, I guess I can assume no one is coming.. Poor service!!
I have used My Plumber for the past few years and have always encountered pleasant, professional staff. Today was no exception. Gary M. was dispatched to my home for a shower problem. He was prompt, attentive to my questions, and was not over bearing when recommending alternatives to help improve my home's efficiency and safety. I will DEFINITELY ask for Gary M. the next time I call My Plumber.
