Darrell T. is a HVAC lifesaver that is well experienced. His visit on 7-1-2016 was well worth the service to get my air conditioning unit back in operation. After being rescheduled and having our original Technician call in sick the day our appointment was rescheduled for, Michael Terry reported to work early and arrived at our home with a pleasant demeanor and professional attitude. Mr. Terry got right to work, shared his process and concerns, as well as gave useful comments/tidbits concerning related factors that impact good maintenance of a heating/cooling system.
Darrell T. provided us with excellent service. He went out of his way to make sure that our A/C unit was up and running again and took time off of his personal schedule after a fellow employee had a family emergency to deal with. Thank you Darrell!
