Friendly and cordial We arrived early, and all the sales people were still in a meeting. The sales manager helped us until someone else was available. We had no issues test driving the car we wanted. We arrived knowing exactly what we wanted as well as what we were willing to pay. This was very much respected, and the dealership honored that. It was nice not to have to haggle much at all. They also didn't try to sell us things we didn't need or want.
Professional, quick and reasonably priced. Had an oil change done in 30 minutes. Had some recommendations for next time such as Brakes with a quote. Very easy to deal with.
Great experience! Pawel Pieniazek made the purchase very pleasant. I was prepared for a long and dreadful transition and It was a total opposite. Everyone in the building was super friendly. Highly recommend!
I came early for appointment and taken right away. And was explained the service needed. I agreed. It was completed in timely manner. Courteous and efficient. Waiting room comfortable. Service advisor helpful and courteous m.
Excellent I bought a Honda from Jeff on Saturday and couldn’t be happier. The service was great and I have just what I wanted. I actually came here after reading the Yelp reviews( which were much better than the other Honda dealerships) pleased I did!
Slow "Express" service with rude response I came in with an appointment for an "express" oil change, and surprisingly it took more than 90 minutes (with the odd refusal to look at another minor issue I had even though I purchased an extended warranty from them). The agent was fine, but when I complained to the service manager Marc, I received a rather terse reminder that it was the best they could have done and that I should be more understanding. Well, I had always assumed that "express" meant "express."
Very professional and a pleasure to buy a car from them! Muller Honda was a great experience. They really work for their customers and are very professional. They were great at answering all my questions. The car I bought was not available on the lot, but they were able to get it for me from another dealership. It was a pleasure buying from them!

They make purchasing a car a positive experience I have been a longstanding customer of Muller Honda and there is one reason for it. The sales staff! I'd include the service department but Hondas typically never need it. Mike Kolar is like a member of our family. He has been seeing to it that my family has the best car available, with the best price and no stress. There simply aren't enough positive words to use to describe Mike.
