Good service overal Had to wait 40 minutes for the shuttle from dealership and again from work to dealership another 40 minutes. I wasn't warned that it could take that long. My office is only 3 minute drive away.

First check up for oil change, inspection, and tire rotation Everything moved along well time wise and since this service did not require a “loaner”, was completed in an hour and washed. How much more could one expect. Kudos!
Great Service, good price I like Muller a lot. My only beef with them is that they are overloaded. It is tough to get an appointment. Thus time, I got the appointment, but no one even called me until the next day. I had not planned on being without the car for that long, although it worked out fine.
It took 2.5 hours for a oil change. I made an appointment at 7am on a Saturday and was promised when I checked in (after 20 minutes of waiting in line to be checked in) that it would be done in 45 minutes. It actually took about an hour and 15 minutes. Then the car was not washed (because it had rained ealier) so I asked the dealer to wash my car. I was told that it would be 10 minutes.
