Excellent Service Experience Prompt, courteous and clear. Very upbeat service advisor provided a clear explanation of what they were going to do and what they did. Scheduled but unnecessary maintenance was not performed and what seemed like a very thorough check of the car’s roadworthiness was, which I appreciated as I was about to leave on a long trip. These people are consistently good.
Very satisfied It was a very pleasant experience. I have compared prices and I was satisfied with my “deal” . The people that I dealt with starting with Judy, then Kurt and Kyle and finally Tyler were kind, friendly and professional.
Maintenance visit Professional and courteous, on time as stated. Attention to detail for work done. Have had vehicle serviced since purchased with no problems noted or experienced.
Good and fast service I went to change my oil and filter, but they discovered that my car battery was dead. I got it fixed at the moment and didn't have to wait for that much. Professional and trustworthy work.
Service Yoon needs to work on customer service Service Manager was notified he was pleasant. I will no longer give business to Mueller Honda. I believe repairs are great but customer service terrible.
Good service overal Had to wait 40 minutes for the shuttle from dealership and again from work to dealership another 40 minutes. I wasn't warned that it could take that long. My office is only 3 minute drive away.
Friendly kindly Close to my house and comfortable all employees very nice to me Specially Service department Samuel Yoon nice and kind all the time I will recommend my friend and neighborhood
Excellent experience I worked with Cathy who was extremely friendly and professional. Showed me multiple options and was patient and honest. Would definitely work with her again.
Very thorough, and accommodating. I’ve been bringing my Honda to Muller for five years, and wouldn’t consider taking it anywhere else. Body work, mechanical, and regular oil changes: these guys are a pleasure to deal with.
