Consistently excellent It is clear that muller honda is invested in quality and a high standard both in their services and the customer experience. It is also apparent that the staff are well trained and supported as is obvious in their knowledge of issues/recommendations and positive demeanor.

As usual, prompt courteous service My questions were answered, upcoming service requirements were discussed, and the everything was handled promptly, courteously, and efficiently. I have never had an issue with the service department in nearly 20 years of visits.
Service Center I am always very pleased with the service at Mueller Honda in Highland Park. Sam has waited on me several times, & is extremely helpful. He listens to my problems, answers all my questions, makes recommendation, & is always very respectful. I feel that I can trust him to give me good advice. My car is usually ready in a timely manner. The waiting room is comfortable, but I wish there was a better assortment of snacks & drinks-I don’t drink coffee.
Great experience all around. Very low pressure sales. Everyone was very cool and professional. Price was competitive. Once we bought the car they spent a lot of time showing us the ins and outs and made sure they answered all of our questions.

Fantastic experience buying a used car Had a really good experience buying a used car from your dealership. Mike was great to work with. He was very pleasant, very knowledgeable and very efficient . He is very kind with customers and his attention to detail is commendable. The Subaru Forrester was awesome and we drove it back to Minneapolis. The drive was amazing and my daughter loves the car.
