2017 honda pilot fixed defective door checker I had to call in to check the status on the door part that Service had special ordered for me 3 weeks prior. I didn't get a call from Honda service first (the part had been received at the dealer). Other than that it was okay. My appointment to fix the door was speedy once I arrived the following week.
Excellent in overall service!!!!!!! Please give 5+ stars service to William Perez (whom I bought the car with) and Jerry Korzeniewski (who help me with the financial area) and lastly Sam Yoon (who handle with my first 5,000 miles oil change). All of them were very helpful, friendly and straight forward guys. Thank you very much.
Used car Doug is the best , he's honest . I will be back for another car for my daughter . We drove 6 hours round trip , and it was worth it great deal great car thanks doug.
Everything was fine My lease was up. I needed a new car. Muller and Cathy were good to me in the past so I went back. I did feel a bit of the hard sell and inauthentic nature from both the manager and dealership but in the end I needed a car. Do I think either Cathy or Sales Manager had my best interest at heart? No. They wanted the sale. But I know Cathy is a nice person so I went with it.
Oil change I was very satisfied with the service on my visit. My only complaint would be that the visit took longer than I had expected, but it was not overly so.
Good experience I got the car I wanted without a lot of hassle. I have been very happy with the service department for servicing my previous Honda.
Consistently excellent It is clear that muller honda is invested in quality and a high standard both in their services and the customer experience. It is also apparent that the staff are well trained and supported as is obvious in their knowledge of issues/recommendations and positive demeanor.

As usual, prompt courteous service My questions were answered, upcoming service requirements were discussed, and the everything was handled promptly, courteously, and efficiently. I have never had an issue with the service department in nearly 20 years of visits.
