I had a most pleasant day at Muller Honda This is the third car I’ve purchased from Muller Honda. It was a no brainer when the time came to buy another car. Everybody I dealt with from Joshua my salesman to Matt in management , finance dept. and Kevin the teacher of things newfangled was fantastic and a pleasure to work with. . My overall experience was very pleasant!!
Excellent Service Experience Prompt, courteous and clear. Very upbeat service advisor provided a clear explanation of what they were going to do and what they did. Scheduled but unnecessary maintenance was not performed and what seemed like a very thorough check of the car’s roadworthiness was, which I appreciated as I was about to leave on a long trip. These people are consistently good.
Very satisfied It was a very pleasant experience. I have compared prices and I was satisfied with my “deal” . The people that I dealt with starting with Judy, then Kurt and Kyle and finally Tyler were kind, friendly and professional.

Good and fast service I went to change my oil and filter, but they discovered that my car battery was dead. I got it fixed at the moment and didn't have to wait for that much. Professional and trustworthy work.
Service Yoon needs to work on customer service Service Manager was notified he was pleasant. I will no longer give business to Mueller Honda. I believe repairs are great but customer service terrible.
