Making my Honda experience good I found the car that I knew I wanted and when I took it home, it did end up having an issue that Muller Honda accommodated me to fix. They will take care of you .

Great Service and people are top notch.. service is prompt. Coffee nice amenity but need better quality. Lounge is comfortable. Mark Schwarz in service and Bob and John in the body shop are great.
1st oil change free? 1st visit with certified used Accord. Needed to remind associate that I saw an offer for 1st oil change is free just before being charged $50.

CR to CHI Are experience was not local as we drove from Iowa. We found the car on line we wanted on Thursday evening, I call Alfredo Parra on Friday morning and by on 1pm Saturday we were driving home a new Civic. Great experience and service from Alfredo, Kyle and Kevin on Saturday. It made the 4 hour journey from Iowa worth it.
