Excellent I bought a Honda from Jeff on Saturday and couldn’t be happier. The service was great and I have just what I wanted. I actually came here after reading the Yelp reviews( which were much better than the other Honda dealerships) pleased I did!
Slow "Express" service with rude response I came in with an appointment for an "express" oil change, and surprisingly it took more than 90 minutes (with the odd refusal to look at another minor issue I had even though I purchased an extended warranty from them). The agent was fine, but when I complained to the service manager Marc, I received a rather terse reminder that it was the best they could have done and that I should be more understanding. Well, I had always assumed that "express" meant "express."
Very professional and a pleasure to buy a car from them! Muller Honda was a great experience. They really work for their customers and are very professional. They were great at answering all my questions. The car I bought was not available on the lot, but they were able to get it for me from another dealership. It was a pleasure buying from them!
Mike is the best! Mike is the type of sales rep that makes you want to buy all your cars from him! He’s honest and delivers on his promises!
They make purchasing a car a positive experience I have been a longstanding customer of Muller Honda and there is one reason for it. The sales staff! I'd include the service department but Hondas typically never need it. Mike Kolar is like a member of our family. He has been seeing to it that my family has the best car available, with the best price and no stress. There simply aren't enough positive words to use to describe Mike. Excellent and fair work, service and customer relations. The Body Shop and its manager John render excellent services in both the work they do, the attention they give the vehicle and the customer and at reasonable prices. They do not try to oversell a job by including unnecessary work that the customer does not want. Service and comfortable waiting The service is good. No pressure to do unnecessary work. The waiting area is comfortable with complimentary coffee, water and snacks. They also have a shuttle which can be used for close distances.
Review for Honda car and service It was an awesome experience..the staffs are very friendly and I am really happy with the service. I would definitely recommend to everyone I know
Jennifer Carfagnini is the best! I came in the dealership trying to see if I got screwed over a different dealership. She sat down with me and the Finance Manager and explained to me what I basically signed up for. They were super helpful. Jen went above and beyond in explaining everything to me. She went over the top to assist me! Thank you! A+ effort for her!!
