CR to CHI Are experience was not local as we drove from Iowa. We found the car on line we wanted on Thursday evening, I call Alfredo Parra on Friday morning and by on 1pm Saturday we were driving home a new Civic. Great experience and service from Alfredo, Kyle and Kevin on Saturday. It made the 4 hour journey from Iowa worth it. Good repair, but poor communication with customer. The repair work was very good, but the service department did not communicate well, I brought my car in for repairs at 7:30 am on Tuesday, June 19 which was the appointment made the day before. I explained to Sean at the service desk that I needed the car as quickly as possible. He assured they would do their best and call me to tell me the status of the service. Fast, honest and reasonable! I leased by Odyssey through Muller and got such a great deal on the car that I give them the service business despite there being a closer Honda dealer. Anyway, the service experience has been amazing. I booked the appointment online, they were ready for me when I got there and the service cost was reasonable.
Súper Mike Mike approached us in the most professional manner when we arrived by simply introducing himself and said he would be nearby in case of questions. He was not pushy, condescending, or misleading. He gave us space to explore the lot inventory. Once we were ready to test drive, he was readily available. His knowledge of the lot inventory, car history and his work experience was impressive. We would highly recommend this dealership to friends & family. Excellent experience. Kudos to Mike. Stressful buying experience Greg Stone the finance manager was condescending and rude, talking in a loud voice. It left me pissed off and with a bad taste in my mouth. I am the customer, spending lots of my hard earned money. And my family has bought many cars here, and I will not be buying another car from here, period. Lance Cohen on the other hand did his best to provide good customer service.
We buy all of our cars here! We have been buying and servicing all of our cars at Muller Honda for years. The cars are so well-made that we don't need to buy new often, but when we do, this is the only place that we come. Kurt Kim helped my daughter pick the perfect car, and Sam Yoon showed her how to use all of the features. It was a positive experience all around!
Service Very helpful. Had to wait a bit for someone to acknowledge me otherwise it would be a five star rating. Tim went out of his way to fix a strip that wasn’t connected correctly.
New car lease Pawel was awesome to work with. I’d been with a different dealership in the area for many many years. I came here because I felt I was treated with respect and they didn’t waste my time AND I got a great deal!
Fantastic Service I have been receiving service for my Accord since purchasing it. Muller has always delivered quality and prompt service. They always suggest the recommended and required maintenance. Staff very professional.
