You can't improve perfection My new Honda Fit is the 6th automobile from Muller Honda, and my third from salesperson Cathy Achino. The experience in EVERY way (sales, finance, service) has always been flawless, joyful, and beyond my expectations. I give them 5 stars, but I wish I could give them 6 - one for every Honda I've enjoyed from Muller.
Scheduled A-1 service Service was excellent and consistent with Muller’s fine service department. They always thoroughly inspect the vehicle and recommend any items nearing service needs. The only area we fell short on for this visit was that wven with a scheduled appointment the simple A-1 service took over 90 minutes. Other than an unexpectedly long time for simple service my expectations were met.
2016 crv service Wonderful experience. Mark went beyond and made sure discount is reflected in final invoice. There was a delay in handing over car due to internet maintenance, but that is fine.
Informative, Professional, Friendly Went in for scheduled oil change, discussed maintenance schedule, no hard sell, very thorough. I was done sooner than expected and at the anticipated price. Well done.

Overall Excellent Service I was thrilled with the technical service and communication with the service rep. My only bad experience was with the woman at the showroom desk. I didn’t have my bill when I went up to pay and she told me I had to go back to the service area and get it. I told her I had trouble walking (from my arthritis) and she did not offer to go back and get it. Luckily one of the service reps. came out to check and then went back to get the bill for me. Good experience Knowledgeable and pretty straight forward experience. Good initial follow up which is unusual in most dealerships. I came here and passed up a dealer closer to my house due to my comfort level at Muller.
Purchased SUV The staff was very helpful, friendly, and patient. The finance guy did not try to scam me with buying life insurance. He was patient with me since i was very nervous.
