Overall Excellent Service I was thrilled with the technical service and communication with the service rep. My only bad experience was with the woman at the showroom desk. I didn’t have my bill when I went up to pay and she told me I had to go back to the service area and get it. I told her I had trouble walking (from my arthritis) and she did not offer to go back and get it. Luckily one of the service reps. came out to check and then went back to get the bill for me. Good experience Knowledgeable and pretty straight forward experience. Good initial follow up which is unusual in most dealerships. I came here and passed up a dealer closer to my house due to my comfort level at Muller.
Purchased SUV The staff was very helpful, friendly, and patient. The finance guy did not try to scam me with buying life insurance. He was patient with me since i was very nervous.

Excellent Customer Service My experience at Muller was top notch. Everyone we met was professional and very honest. I never questioned anything that was communicated. The buying process can sometimes be very long and involved but I had one request which was to make the closing process as short and painless as possible. Our sales rep communicated our request and it wa followed through. I will definitely be recommending Muller to friends and family.
Friendly service fast Sean was my service advisor for my most recent service appointment. He was kind, friendly, and super helpful. My appointment was pretty quick and efficient, as he promised. The service appointments at Muller Honda never seem to disappoint.

Service Verry friendly welcoming dealer the wait time is short and the service is done quick and good. I use my complemantary free oil change, even is really fair for me I will be back for future services needed.
