Wonderful service! Sam was exceptional in the time he took to explain what service was needed on my car and why. He was respectful, honest and helpful in his response to any questions I had. I have been very happy with my service and am glad I have a place I can go to that I trust! Also, kudos and thanks to Greg(?), Jerry (?) for the comp tickets to Erasure he happened to have. Disappointed upon my arrival at Customer Service Years ago I left using Muller Honda because of their poor customer service. I returned when I noticed there must have been a management change or something because I started using them again and even purchased a car from them. However, all good things come to an end. Car technology means something new novadays Funny experience: Car technology specialist who showed us car after purchase, had no clue what is under the hood. Question "what is it - brake fluid or steering fluid" was not his knowledge realm. Car technology means now - only computers. Engine, transmission and other small details are non-essential.
