Service Issue - Done Right with a Great Loaner Dealt with Sean in the Service Department who helped me resolve a noise issue which required a full day of repair. Not only was the repair done within the time allotted, but I also received an outstanding loaner for the day - which they actually allowed me to keep until the following morning given my schedule, which I really appreciated. My 2009 Honda is purring like a cat again! These guys are tops in my book. Thanks!

costs increasing We have been taking our CRV to Muller since we purchased it in 2011. We know things are a little higher at the dealer but have wanted to ensure our car is safe to drive. We took the car in as the AC was not working; and the diagnostic cost was $215! The estimate to repair the AC was $1800, plus we needed new front and back brakes ($900), and there is a minor O-ring oil leak $1200. STICKER SHOCK. we are considering what to do but are out over $200 with nothing fixed. Bummer.

People Pleasers The staff is terrific to work with. I always come here for service...at least for the last 14 years or so. Getting used to my "new" car and thoroughly enjoying it You make spending more money than I can afford a pleasant experience.
Great Service & People Muller Honda Service personel was courteous, knowledgable and promised & delivied on-time completion of all work. Service waiting area was cleaned, had bottled water and snacks. Muller went above the call of service. I would recommend Muller.
Pre trip service Easy to set appointment on line. Service rep was prompt to start the process. Waiting area was comfortable. Service rep updated me and we discussed extras that might be needed. Work was completed in a timely manner.
