Good quality experience Repairs that were needed were explained thoroughly; even brought me out to the shop to show me exactly what needed to be replaced. Work was completed in timely manner and as described. Overall good experience.
Very fast service for a last-minute appointment I had to get my Honda in for a recall fix before a long trip. I called to ask, and they said to just bring it in next morning. When we arrived, the service person said it would take about an hour. So we waited, and it was finished in 1/2 hour! That was awesome! This is the second time the service took much less time than estimated.
Needed new battery The tech was very good & informative and let me know they would xx car out totally before doing any work I told him I would wait for the carp

Annual car upkeep Kind, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and timely. My three year old Accord and her mama appreciate these traits. No need to say more, just filling up the required space.

Fast and easy I had planned to wait for over an hour, which is ok because they have good Wifi, snacks and a coffee machine. I was surprised when the work was done in less than an hour. Everyone is very friendly and helpful here. This is the only Honda dealership I use for service.
Excellence! I could make my appointment on line. When I arrived my car was taken immediately to service area. Tune up and wheels rotation didn't take long and I was out in clean, just washed car.
